How to cancel your subscription

Canceling takes about a minute and happens through our secure billing portal (Stripe).

Steps

1. Log in at longstories.ai.
2. Click your profile in the sidebar and choose Plan & credits.
3. Under Current plan, click Manage. This opens the Stripe billing portal.
4. In the portal, click Cancel plan and confirm.

That's it — you'll see a Canceling badge on your plan, and the renewal date changes to an expiration date.

What happens after you cancel

• You keep access until the end of your billing period. Cancellation is not immediate — your plan stays active until the date you already paid for.
• You keep your credits. Any credits already in your account are not removed when you cancel.
• You won't be charged again. No further renewals after the current period ends.
• Your videos and projects stay in your account. Canceling a subscription does not delete anything.

Changed your mind?

You can resume your plan any time before the period ends: go back to Plan & credits → Manage and choose to renew.
