How to delete your account

Deleting your account is permanent. Your videos, settings, and saved data will be deleted for good and cannot be recovered.

Before you start

If you have an active subscription that's still set to renew, cancel it first. The delete button is disabled until your plan is no longer renewing — this prevents you from being billed after your account is gone. See How to cancel your subscription.

Steps

1. Log in at longstories.ai.
2. Click your profile in the sidebar and choose Settings.
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section and click Delete account.
4. In the confirmation dialog, type your account email exactly as shown to confirm.
5. Click Delete account.

You'll be signed out and returned to the homepage once deletion completes. It can take a few moments — please don't close the tab.

What gets deleted

• Your login and profile
• Your characters and character images
• Your projects, universes, and visual styles

Some billing records (invoices, payment history) are retained where required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
